Canvassing, postcards & more! Dear Friends, Can we ask for your help this weekend? It's becoming critical that we get out the vote for this election and show the Republicans that we are not going to roll back our progress - not on gun violence prevention, not on reproductive rights, and not on supporting working families in Virginia. We're partnering with Moms Demand Action this weekend to knock doors in support of candidates in Hunter Mill and we need your help. Our Moms Demand canvass launch is this Saturday, September 30 from 11:30-1:30. You can sign up here to get the location and join us! We will also have postcard packs on site that you can work on and send to voters. Come join us and help get the word out! Can you help us cover early voting in the City of Fairfax? While Fairfax County has a great precinct operations team working at early voting, the City of Fairfax is still new to voter outreach at early voting and we are recruiting volunteers to talk about the candidates - specifically Saddam Salim and Chris Falcon - to voters at City Hall. You can sign up to help us here. The FCDC AAPI Caucus and the Democratic Asian Americans of Virginia (DAAV) are co-hosting a POSTCARDS FOR SADDAM party at Caboose Commons on October 8th from 6:30 - 8 pm.
