Political/Policy Update: Potential Government Shutdown?
Congressional budget negotiators continue to squabble, bringing a potential government shutdown closer. PIF and our partners continue to monitor the situation and educate Congress about the real harm this will mean - not just for the economy but for their constituents. Many of you were among the 681 groups who signed the Coalition on Human Needs letter on keeping the government running - thank you to those who signed.
