Team — Republicans are desperate to defeat me and flip Wisconsin’s U.S. Senate seat red. I’ll explain more about why they’re so keen on unseating me in just a moment, but first I need to ask:

Only two seats separate control of the Senate. Two seats will determine whether we maintain a Democratic-led Senate, or one where Mitch McConnell wields the gavel and works to roll back our hard-earned progress.

With the Senate majority there for the taking, Republicans won’t spare a cent to defeat me and flip one of the seats they need to win back control. The GOP poured $77 million into Wisconsin to win our other Senate seat last year, and experts are speculating that they may be ready to spend north of $100 million to unseat me this time around.

While Republicans try to recruit ultra-wealthy candidates to run and self-fund their own Senate campaigns, I’m counting on this grassroots team — that means you! — to fight back.
