I grew up in Mansfield, Ohio, in a community of ironworkers, carpenters, autoworkers, and electricians – and that's exactly who I have in mind every day when I head to work. Whether you punch a clock or swipe a badge, earn a salary or make tips, raise children or care for an aging parent, I've got your back in the Senate. 

But here's the deal: Mitch McConnell, his special-interest allies, and Republicans across the country will stop at nothing to flip my Senate seat red because they know this race could decide Senate control. 

I know what it takes to beat the odds and win because I've done it before. But with multiple GOP millionaires already running against me – and polls showing this race is neck and neck – I'm going to need the strongest grassroots team possible to do it again.
