The Supreme Court rejected the Alabama GOP’s attempt to keep their racially gerrymandered congressional map.

This is a huge win for democracy in Alabama and the health of our national political system. Voters from across the country, including the Operation 147 community, told the Supreme Court to uphold their own precedents and reject Alabama’s discriminatory congressional map. And the Supreme Court listened.

Yesterday’s decision is more proof of why we must continue to hold anti-democratic MAGA politicians accountable. In the longest-running democracy in the world, justice still prevails. We just need to continue to fight for it.
