The Left is trying to ban President Trump from ballots nationwide, and we just filed in a 3rd massive lawsuit to stop it.

This insidious manipulation of the Constitution continues to spread. They are unilaterally declaring President Trump "disqualified" from office for insurrection under the 14th Amendment. It’s literally a plot to prevent Americans from voting for the candidate of their choice.

That’s not how the Constitution works. It’s a direct violation of the voting rights of millions of Americans. This is election interference, and the impact goes far beyond any one candidate.

Just hours ago, we filed in a new lawsuit in West Virginia, representing the Republican Party in that state. We’re already engaged in lawsuits in Colorado and Oklahoma. Our deadlines are looming.

I’ve argued and helped win election integrity cases at the U.S. Supreme Court before, and we can do it again. But this is the biggest fight to defend the Constitution and your right to vote we've ever engaged in, and it’s going to take immense resources.
