Kia ora John, I’ve just finished watching tonight’s Leaders’ Debate, and I couldn’t be prouder of my friend Chippy. When times are tough, New Zealanders need a Prime Minister that’s on their side and in it for them – that’s what Chris Hipkins’ offers. We saw that again from him tonight. This election, I’m asking you to think about the type of leadership you want and the kind of country we want to build for our children, friends, workmates and loved ones. I believe that we need leadership that brings New Zealanders together, and I know that Chippy is in this for everyone. Together, we can make sure that Chippy and our team win on October 14th - but we need everyone to pitch in. John, will you chip in today?
