Kevin Kiley actively works against the wishes of our district, even the voters who put him in office. Congressional District 3 passed Proposition 1, the amendment to defend reproductive freedom in the California Constitution, by almost 70 percent. What does Kiley do?
He votes to criminalize doctors and patients, and he's in favor of stripping the medical licenses of doctors who provide abortions. He even voted against legislation to protect women from prosecution in the tragic events of a miscarriage.
If Kevin can’t even follow the direction of 70 percent of this district, then it’s time for us to step up and send Jessica Morse to Congress.
