Earlier this year, I joined 90+ House Democrats on a bill to establish an Office of Gun Violence Prevention. Last week, it became a reality.

This is an important first step to ending gun violence in every community, and I couldn’t be prouder of the organizers who helped make this happen. Our work doesn’t stop here.
