There is no question, it is time for a change.  We cannot continue to stand by as homegrown terrorists use assault weapons to destroy our communities. Congress must act now.

Over six months ago, I co-sponsored the Assault Weapons Ban introduced by Rep. Cicilline and Senator Feinstein.  In fact, over 190 Members of the House have signed on to the bill.
