John, my work in the House has always been powered by supporters like you.

That is why I am asking: Will you donate today to power my re-election campaign? We are just four days away from our critical quarterly finance deadline, after which our finances will go public. We need to show that we have the resources necessary to win!

Let me explain why this deadline is so important to me: the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) has named me one of the most vulnerable Democrats in 2024, meaning re-election will not be easy for me. In fact, I’ll have to work twice as hard to make sure I can continue making gains for us, and keep my seat as well.

Not once have I ever taken this movement for granted. It was your grassroots power that brought a public high school teacher from Waterbury to Congress, and it has been our work together that helped me to deliver results on issues that matter most to our communities.

House Republicans have demonstrated that they have no intention to do what is best for families. From threatening a shutdown to stalling important legislation, their focus right now is primarily on appealing to the most extreme parts of their base – not working for the public interest.

That means that winning re-election and taking back the House go hand-in-hand as a Frontline Democrat. If you can, please consider donating now before our September 30th deadline!

Thank you, John. Our grassroots team has never let me down.
