This is the first of a two-part workshop presented by the Maine Woodland Owners that will provide information about federal and state funding that defray costs of installing forest conservation practices. This webinar will present an overview of cost share program options.


* Chuck Penney from the Natural Resource Conservation Service will discuss the most common federal programs including EQUIP and CSP.
* Jim Ferrante, Maine Forest Service District Forester and Maine Woodland Owners Central Maine Chapter Leader will talk about funding is available through the State of Maine.
