Hello there. I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to the entire grassroots team at the Democratic Party of Georgia.

My name is Tolulope Kevin Olasanoye, but you can call me Kevin.

I’m coming to Georgia from my time at a number of other state parties, and I’m excited to get to work here in Georgia. We have a huge opportunity to build something truly special in Georgia – an established Democratic presence that will continue to elect strong Democrats for decades to come.

We’re at an inflection point for the state. After 2020 and 2021, so-called “election experts” weren’t sure whether Georgia going blue for Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, Jon Ossoff, and Rev. Warnock was an anomaly. After 2022, people still aren’t sure. 2024 is our opportunity to solidify Georgia as a true battleground state for decades to come.

What happens next year is a huge opportunity. It’s an opportunity not just to continue Georgia’s path to becoming a Democratic stronghold – it’s an opportunity to elect politicians who care about families like mine and yours.

I want my daughter to grow up in a world where she has the rights and opportunities that should be afforded to her. I want her to have access to health care. I want her to go to school without fear of gun violence. I want her to have a future where climate change is no longer a constant worry.

Together, we can build that future, and it starts here with us. I’m asking you to believe in Georgia. Will you help me to build not just a party that will keep Georgia moving toward Democrats but a future for all of us?

When I think of Georgia, I think of untapped potential, of opportunity, of growth and the future.

Together, we can shape the future for ourselves and our future generations.
