Hey John, it’s been a while and we have some new folks on our team, so I wanted to reintroduce myself. But first, we have a huge end-of-quarter fundraising deadline THIS Saturday and I need your help to hit our crucial $50,000 goal. Will you split a donation between my campaign and The Collective PAC to help us get there?
I’m Wesley Bell, a problem solver and public servant who was raised in North St. Louis County, and I’m running for U.S. Senate to fire Josh Hawley. As the son of a police officer and county civil servant, I was taught early on about the responsibility to stand up for others and my community. For me, that lesson meant becoming a problem solver, leading me into a career as a part-time judge and professor to serve my community.
That's why when tensions erupted in Ferguson, I sprung to action. Instead of fanning the flames of culture wars like Josh Hawley, I rushed to step in to calm things down and mediate between police and protesters, and I did it because it was natural to me. There I learned that so much more could be done — so I ran for Ferguson City Council and won.
Since then, I’ve continued identifying issues in my community while working closely to solve them as a public servant because public service is and will always be in my DNA.
So when I saw the lack of leadership in the St. Louis County prosecutor's office in 2018, I knew something had to be done, so I took on the challenge of running against the Democratic political establishment — shocking everyone when I defeated the seven-term incumbent.
As a problem solver and a son of North St. Louis County, I've worked to find solutions to big and small problems all my life. And, right now, Missouri's biggest problem is Josh Hawley.
Ahead of Saturday’s end-of-quarter fundraising deadline, will you take a moment to split a donation of $10 or more between my campaign and The Collective PAC? Together, we can defeat Josh Hawley.
If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will be processed immediately and split between Wesley Bell and The Collective PAC.
