John, you've been personally selected to answer our live poll. It closes at midnight tonight, so please tell us now:

What grade would you give the Supreme Court?

Every few weeks, more and more stories about ethics violations on the Supreme Court seem to come out.

We knew that Clarence Thomas was unfit for the Court when Anita Hill testified against him nearly 32 years ago. Then, we found out that he's frequently received “benefits” – like luxury trips and a Super Bowl ring – from wealthy friends through his membership in the Horatio Alger Association.

And now it's been reported that he attended multiple fundraisers in connection with the Koch brothers, billionaires who have funneled millions of dollars into Republican campaigns.

But it's not just Justice Thomas who's making a mockery of the Court: There are also ethics questions about Justice Gorsuch, Chief Justice Roberts and, let's not forget, Justice Kavanaugh.

We can't trust the Supreme Court to make the most important decisions about our bodily autonomy, our freedom or our democracy when they are engaging in questionable ethical conduct and potentially putting their own financial interests ahead of their sworn duty to uphold the Constitution.

We've heard that the country is losing faith in the Supreme Court, so we're running a live approval poll to find out where our supporters stand. But we still need another 24 responses from your area before 11:59 p.m. tonight – including yours. Tell us now:

What grade would you give the Supreme Court?
