Tomorrow, President Biden will be traveling to Michigan to support striking UAW members who are demanding their fair share of the profits they've made for Ford, GM, and Stellantis.

This trip marks a historic moment for the U.S. labor movement: At a time when corporate profits are at a record high, and CEO pay is skyrocketing relative to everyday wages, the President of the United States is walking the walk when it comes to putting American workers first.

Being “pro-worker” means more than just showing up at the picket line. It means working to improve the lives of the everyday Americans that built this country, and tackling issues like the rising cost of living that impacts every household.

Today and every day, I'm proud to support the working-class fight for fair wages, good working conditions, and representation for all.
