We're just one day away from hosting the Little Amal: As Close to Home Welcome Walk in Dearborn's historic South End! Don't miss the chance to watch Little Amal come to life in a unique production that tells the heart wrenching story of a 12-foot puppet of a 10-year-old Syrian refugee child and her search for home.
This parade-style gathering promises to be a sensory experience with the power to foster change and inclusivity in a beautiful community that has become home for many immigrants. Little Amal's story is our story, and by welcoming Little Amal together, we can be a part of something truly special.
This free and open to the public event will also provide a rare opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for making a positive impact. In an effort to strengthen the voice of displaced families everywhere, those attending are encouraged to make and bring a welcome sign to give a warm welcome to Little Amal! Thank you for your continuous support, and we look forward to sharing this amazing experience together.
