TDI proposes new filing exemptions rule

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) proposes a new rule to be added in Texas Administrative Code, Title 28, Chapter 5, Subchapter F. The proposed rule would exempt additional commercial lines of property and casualty insurance from rate and form filing requirements, as authorized by Senate Bill 1367 (87R, 2021).
