Can I quickly explain something, folks?

Every three months or so, our team creates a budget for the upcoming quarter and sets fundraising goals and deadlines to help us stay on track — and one of those deadlines is just around the corner.

At the end of this month, we will send our finance report to the Federal Election Commission and shortly after, our report will be made public.

This means that everyone from Kevin McCarthy to political pundits and pollsters will see how much we have raised and how many people chipped in over the last quarter to see if we have what it takes to hold on to this seat.

If Republicans spot signs of weakness, you can bet they will throw everything they have at us to flip IL-13 red and roll back the progress we’ve made for farmers, veterans, and working families across the district.

We’ve come too far to give up in this fight, so my team and I are counting on 500 grassroots supporters to chip in over the next five days to demonstrate just how strong our team is.
