John, do you have a minute? It’s important.
At the end of this week, we’ll close the books on the third fiscal quarter of our re-election campaign – meaning we’ll have to report all of our internal fundraising data to the Federal Election Commission.
And as you may remember, that means all of our fundraising numbers for the last three months will be made publicly available for everyone – including our radical opponents – to scrutinize.
I’ll explain more in a moment, but I really need your help. To ensure that we can finish the quarter off strong, my team set an ambitious goal of raising an additional $10,000 before September 30. I know $10,000 may seem like a lot to raise before Saturday night, but when everyone chips in a little, the money adds up in a big way. So can you chip in just $5 before our numbers go public?
Here’s what we’re up against, John:
As one of the most competitive races in the country, when our FEC report is made publicly available, all eyes will be on us.
Everyone from political reporters to the MAGA Republican establishment will be looking at our FEC report to see how we stack up against our potential opponents and determine whether we have what it takes to win again.
Falling short on our fundraising goals and posting a weak FEC report could mean we run the risk of people counting us out of this race – just like they did in 2022. John, I know we have what it takes to win again – and I need your help to showcase the strength of our campaign.
Over the next few days, we have to come together to prove that our grassroots team – composed of hard-working folks who chip in what they can, when they can because they know Ohio is worth fighting for – is more powerful than any amount of Republican dark-money.
I can’t do this without you. Please, will you make a grassroots donation to help us reach our $10,000 goal before the quarter ends on September 30th? On a people-powered team like ours, any amount goes a long way.

I can’t thank you enough for your support,
