In Virginia, 45 days before Election Day, voters can begin going to their local registrar’s office or a satellite voting location in their county or city to vote early. Voters who will be busy on Election Day or want to skip the busy lines can vote early – no questions asked.

Here at Roe Your Vote Virginia, what that means for us is it’s game time.

We have endorsed a slate of powerful, progressive candidates ready to head to Richmond and fight for our rights. But they need your help.

Here’s a quick refresher for you about the current state of our legislature:

Democrats currently hold a 22-18 edge in the Senate, and Republicans hold a 52-48 majority in the House of Delegates.

Meaning: there is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to elect a pro-choice government in our state legislature. But there’s a catch: voters have been moved around into newly redrawn districts, and they might not know who to vote for.

That’s precisely why we’re helping amplify our candidates and their priorities for office. And, to top it all off, every single one of our endorsed candidates is unapologetically pro-choice.
