John, we've got some good news and some bad news:

The good news: Election experts from CNN to FiveThirtyEight agree that we have what it takes to defeat Ted Cruz. He won his last election by just 2.6%, we're only 5 points down in the polls, and 14% of Texas voters are still undecided. 

The bad news: The GOP war on voting rights is in full swing, and in Texas, we've seen the worst of it. Republicans just shut down the Harris County election office, the largest election office in the state. As if that wasn't bad enough, less than half of registered Texas voters cast a ballot in 2022. 

Long story short, we CAN win this race. But it's going to take a massive voter outreach operation like Texas has never seen before. From the Gulf to the Panhandle, we have thousands of doors to knock, tens of thousands of phone calls to make, and an unprecedented push to turn voters out on Election Day.
