*Rep. Gillman Elected Vice Chair of the I**nfrastructure Resilience Advisory Taskforce*

St. Paul, MN ? This morning Representative Dawn Gillman (R ? Dassel) was elected by her peers and fellow task force members to serve as Vice Chair of the Infrastructure Resilience Advisory Taskforce. This task force includes members of the legislature and state agencies as well as representation from cities, townships, counties, unions, general contractors, and municipal utility providers.

?I am honored that my colleagues have entrusted me with this responsibility to help guide our task force.? Said Rep. Gillman on being elected. ?I look forward to the work we will complete to pave a reliable future for our state?s infrastructure and needs.?

This task force, as created by MN Session Law 2023, Chapter 62, Section 121 [ [link removed] ], is assigned to develop strategies to be implemented across sectors that efficiently manage state, local, and private infrastructure. These methods should enhance sustainability and resiliency as well as mitigate any risks to natural resources.
