Friend, as chair of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, part of my job is to monitor voter trends and electoral data to make sure we have the votes needed to defend the Senate.

And unfortunately, things aren't looking good. Recent data just released shows that Republican voter turnout was far stronger than Democratic turnout in 2022. Even though we were able to cling on to our Senate majority, this silent red wave was enough to give the GOP control of the House.

Now we're heading into an election year with even higher stakes and a Senate map that looks even worse for Democrats. We're defending twice as many seats as Republicans – including battleground states like Michigan, Montana, and Ohio – and the White House is on the line.

If we see similar turnout numbers in 2024, it simply won't be enough to hold back the GOP. And if Republicans retake the Senate, they'll have free rein to push their dangerous far-right agenda. There's simply too much at stake to sit on the sidelines.

The only way to protect our Democratic majority, and the rights we hold dear, is with unprecedented voter turnout. That's why I need to confirm that reliable Democrats like you are ready to show up at the polls. So please, will you respond before midn‌ight ton‌ight to commit to vote in 2024?
