Hey y’all,

Despite what the system is telling us: "it's not too late",
"you're not too much", and "there is enough to go around".

When we remember this - that we are already whole, enough,
significant and worthy - we can imagine a world beyond
perfectionism, proving and performing - a world where we are seen
and valued simply because we are.

“You either walk into your story and own your truth, or you live
outside of your story, hustling for your worthiness,” says Brené
Brown.

Being at peace with our “selves” is remembering who we have
always been. Not only does it unleash our capacity to be our full
selves, it allows us to see and interact with others in their
full capacity. All of us embody the complexities and
contradictions that are endemic to being human. When we can
cultivate a capacity to hold that for ourselves, we can hold that
for one another. Only then can we experience our fundamental
belonging to one another and to the whole of the planet.

Today, we kick off our journey of recovering and reclaiming the
lost parts of ourselves so that we can return to wholeness and
unleash our potential. Perfectionists Anonymous
( [link removed] ) begins at 3pm ET / 12pm PT
TODAY, and it's not too late to join!

Join us for a powerful (and imperfect) 5-day bootcamp to
confront this addiction and unleash our true power and potential.

Over the course of our Perfectionist Anonymous
( [link removed] ) journey we will dig deep to
examine how perfectionism intersects with other forces of
oppression so that we can build capacity for greater awareness,
agency and accountability.

* Never Enough: Perfectionism and Scarcity
* Body Wars: Perfectionism and Ableism
* Being Good: Perfectionism and White Supremacy
* The Cult of Me: Perfectionism and Individualism
* Towards Dignity: The Practice of Recovery
