Native Trees With Incredible Fall Foliage—and the Birds That Love Them
Leaf peeping season is falling into place—soon, the landscape across much of the country will transform with fiery-topped trees. While undeniably beautiful, trees are more than just a photo op.

Trees, especially native trees, give birds the ideal room and board. Native trees have evolved with the local wildlife, so they harbor more insects or yield more berries and fruit than non-native plants, providing greater benefit for birds and other critters.
