Hi John, it’s Betsy, Nikki’s campaign manager.
After another great New Hampshire swing, an economic policy rollout, and some mother-daughter time at yesterday’s Clemson game, Nikki’s finishing up her debate prep ahead of her second presidential debate on Wednesday.
Since the first debate, we’ve gained a massive amount of support on the ground, poll numbers have surged, and our momentum has never been higher. But buckle up, because this is only the beginning. We’ve got a lot of work ahead of us, and we’ll continue to fight for every inch.

CAMPAIGN STRATEGY UPDATE AS OF 09/24/2023:
SURGING IN THE POLLS:
In every early state poll that has been released over the past week, Nikki is the only candidate who has consistently gained ground while others have fallen.
Nikki is now in a close third in Iowa, second or third in New Hampshire, and a solid second in South Carolina.
Nikki also remains far and away the strongest challenger against Joe Biden in a general election.
And while the polls continue to reflect the surging momentum for Nikki, Nikki is full speed ahead.
Just this week, Nikki had another New Hampshire swing, bringing her tally of total campaign stops across the country to more than 120.
And let me tell you, every event has seen a surge of support on the ground that’s bigger than ever before. Everywhere we look, people are flooding out of venues into overflow rooms.
ECONOMIC FREEDOM PLAN:
While Nikki was in Manchester, Nikki delivered a major policy speech where she rolled out her Economic Freedom Plan.
Here’s a glimpse of her plan:

Provide thousands of dollars in tax relief for middle-class families.

Eliminate the federal gas tax to help families struggling with high gas prices.

Cut income tax rates for working families.

Veto any spending bill that doesn’t take us back to pre-COVID spending levels.

Send more power to the states.

If Congress fails to pass a budget on time, they will fail to get a paycheck. No budget, no pay!
Nikki will strengthen the middle class, cut out-of-control spending and debt to bring down inflation, and put more money in the pockets of hard working Americans.

We all saw how Nikki dominated the stage in the first debate, telling hard truths and showcasing her vision for the future. As more voters across America tune in to watch the second debate, it’ll be a great opportunity to bring even more supporters into the fold.
Leading up to the debate, it’s so important we’re prepared and ready to capitalize on the momentum after Nikki walks off stage.
