When the car industry tells you that you are not going fast enough towards Net Zero you really know you are in trouble.
The Conservatives have abandoned any final pretense that they are governing the country and will throw away all our futures in the bid for those elusive red-wall voters.
And then there is Labour who can’t bring themselves to explain what our lives will be like with them, just that they won’t be THIS government.
As a former Labour Party member myself, I know what it is to believe that they are only alternative to mend a Britain broken by Tories. But I just don’t see them showing up with the vision, the scale and pace of system change we need: for the climate, for the workers, for all of us.
But there is an alternative and it’s the Green Party.
The Green Party has a plan for all of us, for fairer and Greener communities.
As we get ready for a General Election next year, I know that 4 Green MPs are within our reach. And I’m proud to have joined the Green Party and to be playing my part in making this a reality.
