Honestly, we’re not surprised -- our opponent, Rosemary Becchi has the full support of the Washington Republicans who have spent millions attacking Mikie and other vulnerable Democrats.

Becchi might have the connections to run a high-powered campaign, but she definitely doesn’t have New Jerseyans’ best interests in mind.

Becchi was a corporate tax lobbyist who fought for the GOP tax scam that capped the SALT deduction and served a blow to New Jersey families.

Meanwhile, Mikie has fought to lessen the tax burden created by the SALT deduction. She led the passage of a bipartisan bill in the House to repeal the SALT cap and put money back into the pockets of hardworking New Jerseyans.
