John, Now that Minnesota has joined the NPVIC, the count is up to 16 states, plus D.C.
That gives us 205 of the 270 necessary Electoral Votes to enact the NPVIC and effectively END the Electoral College — We're 76% of the way there!
Here's the next step: our 5-States Fund is working directly with Pro Popular-Vote Democrats to allocate the resources necessary to enact the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact in state legislatures where it is pending, and kickstart legislation in states where it is STALLED.
The dominoes are falling, and legislation is pending in Nevada, Maine and Alaska. If just 5 more states sign on — Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Virginia, and Pennsylvania — we will get this across the finish line for GOOD.
