Hey y'all,

In facing off with my inner critic—that part of me that says
“you’re not ____ enough” or “you’re not worthy”—I have found that
my greatest weapon is gratitude.

For me, the practice is less about "doing" a thing (ie: positive
affirmations), and more about "being with".

When I sit with my judgmental self, I can bear witness to the
longing that is underneath the mean thoughts. I ask “is that
true?” about the stories I tell myself about myself. And then I
am able to discern the truth from the lies and see myself more
clearly.

That’s when gratitude emerges.

Gratitude reminds me that I am enough, that I have enough, that
there is enough to go around.

From that place, I remember that “I am already”—that nothing more
is needed for my existence, that I deserve to be well and X just
because I am.

From this place of knowing, I can dig deeper into my relationship
with scarcity.

Join me on Monday for PERFECTIONISTS ANONYMOUS
( [link removed] ), where we'll come together to
unlearn scarcity and unhook ourselves from perfectionism.

In this 5 day program, we are confronting this addiction and
calling back our power. Through embodied practice, courageous
conversation and applied action, we will explore perfectionism as
addiction, divesting from control and the price of perfectionism.

Here’s what you can expect:

* Five virtual community coaching calls to support our inquiry
and recovery. Calls are scheduled Monday - Thursday at 3 EST/12
PST with one follow up call two weeks later!

* Daily recovery toolkit to arrive in your inbox each morning.
Recovery toolkit includes daily journaling prompts,
transformational tools and resources and inspirational quotes.

* Embodied practice. A recorded practice led by Kerri to help you
regulate yourself and remember who you are beyond perfectionism
and other toxic patterns of control.
