First, I wanted to say thank you for taking the time to ask such thoughtful questions about my campaign, the state of my race, and my plans to save the country!
Second, I want to take a moment to answer one of the questions I received!
QUESTION: Why are you running for president?
ANSWER:
I want to begin by saying, running for president is not easy. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication, time, and money.
BUT, embarking on this journey was beyond worth it to me because – we have a country to save!
I’ve watched the American Dream unfold before me.
John, my parents came to America legally more than 50 years ago – to an America that was strong and proud, and full of opportunities. I want them to know that America again.
I’m doing this as a military spouse, for my husband, Michael, and his military brothers and sisters because they need to know their sacrifice means something – that we do love this country.
I’m doing this for my daughter, my son, and our future generations. I want them to know the freedom and opportunities America has to offer.
I’ve seen that even on our worst days, we are blessed to live in America. But I also know that under Biden’s leadership, times are tough, our future is slipping, and America can be doing so much better.
As governor, I was dubbed a “jobs governor” because I slashed our unemployment rate, brought jobs back to our state, and shepherded in a successful economic recovery.
At the UN I fought for America, made sure our allies knew we had their backs, stood up for Israel even when others refused, and stood up to murderers and dictators to let them know that America was taking names.
I know how to make America strong and proud because I’ve done it before. And I’ll do it as your next president.
As president, I’ll revitalize the economy, support small businesses, stop Washington’s spending sprees, protect our border, champion school choice, and save America’s future.
I’ve dedicated my life to standing up for our country, and I’m ready to serve our great nation as your next president.
