SAG-AFTRA and WGA Join GLAAD in Releasing GLAAD's 11th Annual Studio Responsibility Index

On Thursday, September 14th, SAG-AFTRA and the Writer’s Guild of America (WGA) joined GLAAD at the Los Angeles LGBT Center to release GLAAD’s 11th Annual Studio Responsibility Index. Together, we amplified the critical need for film studios to meet requests of actors, writers, and creatives so that we don't lose ground on LGBTQ representation in movies and TV.

Earlier this month, non-binary activist and Texas native, Cameron Samuels – a GMI Alum and Executive Director of Students Engaged in Advancing Texas (SEAT) – testified in opposition of book bans before the Judiciary Committee on Capitol Hill.
