Apologies for the early email, but I wanted to make sure I caught you before you went about getting your Saturday started.

Our End-of-Quarter fundraising deadline is a week from today, and it’s a big one. Would you be willing to donate $25 toward our $25,000 goal so we can post strong Q3 numbers?

Last quarter, we broke statewide fundraising records and put our opponents on notice that this grassroots team has got what it takes to win.

Unfortunately, the summer slump really threw a wrench into our plans, and now we’ve got to make up the difference so that we can show everyone — the media, our supporters, and our opponents — that our success was no fluke.

Putting up back-to-back strong FEC reports would really show that we’re ready for the challenges ahead and can win a tough race.

The closer we get to Election Day, the busier we’re going to be ramping up field operations, expanding outreach programs, and talking with Maryland voters. Can I count on you to chip in $25 toward our End-of-Quarter goal to show everyone that we’re in it to win it?
