A lawsuit filed in Oklahoma aims to block former President Donald Trump from the ballot, declaring him "disqualified" for insurrection under the 14th Amendment. That's not how this works. The 14th Amendment doesn't disqualify any candidate not convicted of insurrection or rebellion. We told you last week we filed a motion to intervene in a major lawsuit on behalf of the Colorado Republican Committee to defend voter rights and election integrity, similar to the new Oklahoma case. At this week's hearing, the judge granted our motion, allowing us to take legal action on behalf of Colorado Republicans. We pray this is the first of many wins in this case.
