California just launched another egregious attack on parental rights – but we’re fighting back.

Let me explain.

Back in July, the Chino Valley Unified School District adopted a Parental Notification Policy. The policy is smart and simple: schools must notify parents if their child asks school staff to be “socially transitioned” from one gender to the other.

To you and me, this may seem like common sense – a parent should absolutely know if their child is being socially “transitioned” from girl to boy or from boy to girl while at school!

But California’s leftist Attorney General Rob Bonta disagrees.

Instead of simply allowing Chino Valley to continue with this very basic policy, he decided to SUE the school district to put an end to parental rights.

In his ridiculous lawsuit, Bonta went so far as to argue that California law REQUIRES school districts to “socially transition” children WITHOUT telling parents and specifically keeping it a secret.

How dangerous and absurd!

According to Bonta, parents have no right to know what is happening with their kids inside public schools.

However, hope is not lost.

In fact, many Chino Valley parents are standing up and fighting back.

This week in a San Bernardino courtroom, we argued a motion to intervene on behalf of six parents seeking to intervene in the lawsuit. These parents have a unique interest in the outcome of this case—it’s their children, who are affected by the outcome of California’s crusade against parental rights.

Like you, we believe that parents—not schools—have the fundamental right to direct the upbringing of their children.
