Let me quickly explain what is going on. As Congress seems to be spinning more out of control every day, USTL is battling in the House to force a vote on H.J.R. 11, our term limits for Congress amendment. This week, we testified before a House Judiciary Subcommittee on our legislation. It was crazy. Both Republicans and Democrats were ranting about how the fate of republic depends on "expert" professional politicians like themselves. "Expert politicians" like Bob Menendez! However, the anti-term limits forces couldn't kill our legislation. Now, with this latest congressional scandal involving Senator Menendez, bars of gold, a Mercedes Benz and stacks and stacks of cash found in his home, we have the best shot in years of forcing a vote on term limits in House. However, we need help. Urgently. Please, give whatever you can. It is really important that you act today. Our national effort to pressure House Speaker McCarthy to keep his word and allow a term limits vote is only just getting started. We have 103 House members who have physically signed on to H.J.R. 11, but we need to be able to run more ads ramping up the pressure on Congress.
