I've said it before - this is one of the most pivotal and consequential elections in Prince William County's history. Certainly, in recent memory. The choice is to either continue down the path we're on, of: Higher personal property (vehicle), real estate (home), and meals taxes A 70% increase in violent crime and the deadliest years in Prince William County's history Falling test scores, graduation rates, attendance levels and college preparedness for our students And land use policy that doesn't even pretend to put our citizens over special interests and multi-billion-dollar corporations Or we can elect a government of, by, and for the people, committed to: Lowering your tax burden and family's cost of living Safe neighborhoods, more police officers, and justice for victims A return to a world-class education at PWCS that puts merit, achievement, and the basics of learning before political and social indoctrination A citizen-first land use policy that actually listens to the will and desire of those it's supposed to serve While in the minority, these are all things I've fought for over the last four years and pledge to continue to do so (hopefully in a majority) if provided the honor of another term.
