John, extreme Republicans in the House want to slash agency funding by upwards of 40%! A choice that will undermine the nation’s clean energy progress to protect fossil fuel companies’ record profits at our expense.  

And if they don’t get what they want by September 30th, they are going to let the government shut down until they do.  

The historic clean energy plan is already benefiting communities across the U.S. just when we need it most. We can’t allow partisan fighting to slow down our efforts to tackle climate change.

That’s why we need you to join our virtual rally on Wednesday, September 27, so we can fight to protect our nation’s progress.

Federal investments are already helping to build a clean energy future that will reduce harmful pollution, improve our health, make us more energy secure, reduce energy bills, create jobs and heal the planet.  

It makes no sense to roll back these popular programs. If far-right House Republicans are successful, Americans will pay the price with their health and their pocketbook.  

Congress must maintain funding for the essential programs expanding affordable clean energy, lowering household energy costs and protecting public health.
