Attorney General's Office Seeking Public Assistance Amid Cyber Crime Arrest

MONROE, LA – Attorney General Jeff Landry's Cyber Crime Unit has arrested a West Monroe man for Possession of Sexual Abuse Images/Videos of Children and it is asking the public for assistance in its ongoing investigation.

Jessie Tyler Rhodes, 28, was arrested on 250 counts of Pornography Involving Juveniles Under the Age of Thirteen. The arrest was a result of an ongoing investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation (LBI), the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office, the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office, the West Monroe Police Department, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Anyone with information regarding Mr. Rhodes is encouraged to call the LBI toll-free at 1-800-256-4506. Callers may remain anonymous.
