I wanted to take a minute to tell you about a race in Southern Arizona that isn’t just important for our state — it’s important for the whole country.
Right now, this seat is occupied by a Republican who has voted to limit abortion rights, cut funding for veterans and seniors, and slow down our transition to lower-cost clean energy.
But this is one of the most vulnerable seats in the country — and there is no one better equipped to flip it blue than Kirsten Engel.
Kirsten is a mom, teacher, and environmental lawyer. Despite being counted out in 2022, she came within 1% point of winning.
I know that with a little more support, she can flip this seat blue and help us take back control of the House in 2024 — so we can get real work done for our communities.
