An Activist Finds Her Voice

A Loving Gesture for Those Who Have Passed

When a loved one passes away, those left behind often feel alone in their grief. One of their biggest concerns is their loved one will be ‘forgotten.' As a gesture of love and remembrance, volunteers with Friends of Wings arrive in the quiet of the night to place symbols and stories in the yards of family members through their “We Remember” program.
