*Invitation: October Stakeholder Engagement - Alcohol Delivery / MAST 13 Permits (SSB 5448) *

As part of the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB)?s ongoing rulemaking on Substitute Senate Bill 5448 [ [link removed] ] on Alcohol Delivery / MAST 13 Alcohol Server Regulations, the agency is planning two stakeholder engagement sessions in October 2023 to discuss some of the changes that have been tentatively drafted as part of the rulemaking process.

The sessions will be two hours each. They will cover the same topics and proposed rule changes, so there is no need to attend both. The sessions are being planned as hybrid where community members can attend, ask questions, and give feedback about the proposed rule changes.
