The Left is desperately trying to alter the course of the next election, trying to strip away your fundamental right to vote for the candidate of your choosing.

A lawsuit has been filed in Oklahoma to block former President Donald Trump from the ballot, declaring him "disqualified" from office for insurrection under the 14th Amendment.

That's not how the 14th Amendment works.

Trump hasn't been convicted of anything. The 14th Amendment doesn't disqualify Trump or any other candidate from running if they haven't been found guilty of insurrection or rebellion.

We're representing the Oklahoma Republican Party and the Colorado Republican Committee in two separate but similar cases against these insidious plots to interfere with the 2024 presidential primary election.

This week a Colorado judge granted our motion to intervene. And now we have filed a similar motion in Oklahoma federal court.

There are over a dozen new disqualification lawsuits being filed across the country. And you can expect more to come.

As we go to court to fight these absurd lawsuits to manipulate the ballot, we urgently need your Tax-Deductible support.
