CBS: “Focus turns to abortion rights amendment on November ballot”

John – We’re Ohioans United for Reproductive Rights. Our grassroots coalition has our eyes set on one goal: fighting to make sure we protect abortion access in November. And with us in this fight is our own pro-choice champion, Congresswoman Emilia Sykes. Rep. Sykes is standing with us to protect reproductive freedom in Ohio, and today we’re reaching out to ask you to stand with us, too.

After our landslide victory in the August election defeating a cynical effort to make it harder to pass our measure, we’ve been feeling on top of the world and are ready for the next fight in November.

With this massive hurdle out of the way, the road to victory for our amendment to protect abortion rights has never been clearer.

But we’ll be real for a second: there will ABSOLUTELY be more roadblocks thrown into our path by the anti-abortion side.

They’ve already tapped their wealthiest donors to start slandering our campaign.

We have to finish the job, John. We have to protect abortion rights in Ohio. We have to win in November.
