Thousands of runners will be taking part in the Robin Hood Half Marathon this Sunday. Why not pick a point along the route and cheer them on?
The route begins and ends at Victoria Embankment, passing iconic landmarks through the heart of the city such as Nottingham Castle, Wollaton Hall and Trent Bridge.
There will be road closures and disruptions to some bus services during the event. See the list of road closures, NCT service disruptions and Trentbarton service disruptions.

Just announced: Winter Wonderland

Nottingham's festive season begins in a few short weeks as Winter Wonderland extends the magic this Christmas.
Open for an extra week this year, the attraction runs from Tuesday 7 November until New Year's Eve, and will once again feature the Ice Rink and Sky Skate ice path, plus the Ice Bar and Sur La Piste and Altitude ski bars. There will also be rides and attractions including the Helter Skelter and Frozen Swing for little ones, as well as a Christmas market and observation wheel offering stunning views over the city.
You can book in advance for the Ice Rink and Sky Skate, observation wheel and bars, to avoid disappointment on the day. Nottingham city residents can also get 10% off super off-peak and off-peak skating.
