Friend,

The first Republican primary debate was an opportunity for the nation to hear
directly from their future President. To earn YOUR support, I stood up,
weathered the attacks, and now I know that we are one step closer to stopping
the decline of this country.

If you’re just tuning into the race, I’d like to take a moment to tell you a
little bit about myself so you know why I’m running for President, what I plan
to accomplish, and why I’m asking for your support.

Here’s my story: I was a blue-collar kid born and raised in Florida who went
on to work my way through Yale University where I was Team Captain of our
baseball team, before going on to graduate from Harvard Law School. After
earning my degrees and witnessing the horrific attack on our nation’s freedom
on September 11th, 2001, I knew I had to stand up. I volunteered for the Navy
and went on to serve in Iraq as a JAG Officer in support of SEAL Team 1.

<[link removed]>

Since my time serving in the Navy, I have taken on the role of prosecutor,
Congressman, proud Governor of the free state of Florida, father to three young
children, and husband to my wonderful wife, Casey.

<[link removed]>

As Governor, I have made it my mission to lead with conviction, unwavering
energy, and with a refusal to back down. That’s why, in Florida, we held the
line when freedom hung in the balance. When Covid policies across the country
made commonsense an uncommon virtue, our state became a refuge of sanity and a
citadel of freedom for our fellow Americans.

Leadership matters and I believe my record speaks for itself. Since I took
office as Governor, Florida now:

*
Ranks as the number one economy in the country by CNBC;

*
Ranks number one for new business formations;

*
Ranks number one for net in-migration;

*
Ranks number one for economic growth amongst large states;

*
Has an unemployment rate that is a percentage point below the national average
and even lower than other large states like California and New York;

*
Ranks number one in education by US News and World Report;

*
Has NO state income tax;

*
Has a crime rate at a 50-year low.

I have worked tirelessly to transform a once purple state to a deep red
blueprint for freedom.

<[link removed]>

But here’s the problem, Friend.

Failing leftist policies across the country are shoving a radical ideology
down your throat. They’re telling you that men can get pregnant, want to impose
a social credit score on you, and let Mexican drug cartels cross our border
freely and continue to murder Americans. This is NOT okay.

Riots and disorder have infested some of this nation’s oldest cities and
turned places like Chicago, Philadelphia, and San Francisco into crime slums. I
am NOT willing to accept this decline.

We have a President who is floundering and bowing down to his own party
instead of doing what is right for the American people. He has consistently
bent the knee to the woke mob.

These radical policies across the nation are making it nearly impossible for
hardworking families to achieve the American Dream, and as a father of three
young children and husband to my wife Casey, I cannot sit idly by while their
future hangs in the balance.This election is not about me. It’s about YOU and
the American children who are being subjected to the woke mob’s fraud.

<[link removed]>

Our nation is facing a critical choice in 2024: Freedom or Decline.

That is why I am running for President; I will not stand by while Joe Biden
sends this nation into deeper decline for another four years. I’m not running
to be President. I am running to DO things as President and from Day One we are
going to rip up disastrous policies that are harming American families and
REVERSE the decline Joe Biden has let fester in this country.

The time to act is NOW.

<[link removed]>

I believe that decline is choice, success is attainable, and freedom is worth
fighting for.

I fought with everything I had on that debate stage on August 23rd and took my
vision for restoring this nation directly to the American people. I know that
no one is entitled to anything in this world, so I am fighting to earn your
support and lead when it matters most. Starting on Day One as President of the
United States, these are just some of the plans I am promising to you:

<[link removed]>

<[link removed]>
Friend, together, we will restore sanity to our society, normalcy to our
communities, and integrity to our institutions.

<[link removed]>
I stood up for the needs of the American people on the debate stage, and I
made sure you know that I will never back down from being your voice and your
fighter.Please, join me in fighting for the future—because freedom is always
worth fighting for.

Meet Ron DeSantis

<[link removed]>
A native Floridian with blue-collar roots, Ron was raised in Dunedin by his
mother, a nurse, and father, who installed cable boxes. He attended Dunedin
High School and worked his way through Yale University, where he was the
captain of the varsity baseball team. He also graduated with honors from
Harvard Law School, where he earned a commission in the U.S. Navy as a JAG
officer.

During his active-duty service, Ron deployed to Iraq in support of the SEAL
mission in Fallujah, Ramadi and the rest of Al Anbar province. His military
decorations include the Bronze Star Medal for Meritorious Service and the Iraq
Campaign Medal.
Ron also served as a prosecutor in Florida, where he put child predators
behind bars. He was elected to Congress in 2012 on a platform of government
accountability, advocating for term limits and a balanced budget amendment.

In Congress, DeSantis spearheaded the fight to expose the weaponization of the
IRS against conservatives. He also fought to hold accountable the rogue federal
agencies involved in manufacturing the “Russia collusion” conspiracy theory. As
a veteran, DeSantis was a champion for those who have served our country,
pushing for reforms to the VA to better serve veterans and expand support for
mental health.

In 2018, Ron DeSantis was elected the 46th Governor of Florida. As governor,
he has fought for what’s right and taken the arrows for the people he
represents. During the darkest days of 2020, when the corrupt establishment,
bureaucracy, and corporate media united to force lockdowns and mandates on
Americans, DeSantis stood up for freedom – even when it wasn’t popular.

Grounded in his unshakeable belief in America’s founding principles, Governor
DeSantis has enacted a bold agenda to transform Florida into a blueprint for
the Nation’s revival. Governor DeSantis has delivered win after win on
conservative priorities:
* Saving livelihoods from job-killing lockdowns and vaccine mandates,
* Protecting citizens from the harmful impacts of Biden’s border crisis by
enacting E-Verify and other bold policies against illegal immigration, such as
banning sanctuary cities,
* Defending parental rights and eliminating CRT,
* Defunding DEI bureaucracy in higher ed and holding tenured professors
accountable,
* Waging war on woke power-grabs like ESG and central bank digital currency,
* Enacting the strongest medical freedom laws in the nation,
* Turning Florida into a model for election integrity,
* Protecting the unborn,
* Standing up for the 2nd Amendment by making Florida a constitutional carry
state,
* Expanding education freedom,
* Prohibiting land purchases by the CCP and related individuals and entities,
* Lowering prescription drug costs,
* Holding woke corporations and school unions accountable,
* Creating a universal school choice program,
* Delivering record-breaking tax relief,
* Helping families achieve the American dream of homeownership,
* Supporting law enforcement and our veterans,
* Enacting tougher penalties for drug dealers and sex offenders,
* Appointing seven conservative justices to the Florida Supreme Court,
* ...and so much more.
After leading Florida with common sense and conviction throughout his first
term, DeSantis delivered a record-setting victory of nearly 20 points in 2022.
He earned his second term by the largest raw vote margin in state history,
winning by more than 1.5 million votes.

But history didn’t stop there:

Governor DeSantis flipped Miami-Dade County red, winning the majority-Hispanic
urban county by double digits. Conventional wisdom assumed this was impossible
for a Republican – as recently as 2016, Hillary Clinton won Miami-Dade County
by nearly 30 points.

Governor DeSantis flipped several other blue counties red, including Palm
Beach County. He won 62 out of 67 counties overall.

Compared to his first statewide election in 2018, Governor DeSantis was up
+19% with Independents, up +30% with Hispanics, and up +9% with women.

Governor DeSantis delivered a record-setting victory with battle-tested
leadership, a bold policy agenda, and never backing down to corporate media or
special interests. As he said at his inauguration: “When the world lost its
mind – when common sense suddenly became an uncommon virtue – Florida was a
refuge of sanity, a citadel of freedom for our fellow Americans and even for
people around the world. In captaining the ship of state, we choose to navigate
the boisterous sea of liberty rather than cower in the calm docks of despotism.”

Governor DeSantis has ensured that Florida is a free and safe place to raise a
family. Thanks to the governor’s leadership, Floridians enjoy a low tax burden,
quality education opportunities, and a xxxxxx in place against the Biden
Administration’s overreach and various elite power grabs that seek to force
people to adopt a particular ideology. Thanks to the governor’s vision, this
year’s legislative session delivered the most ambitious conservative policy
victories in Florida’s history.

This year, Governor DeSantis signed:
* Record tax relief
* ESG prohibitions
* Measures counteracting the influence of the CCP
* The strongest medical freedom protections in the nation.
* Reforms reducing the costs of medications by delivering transparency
* Bold higher education reforms; defunding DEI
* Improvements to our state’s infrastructure
* Tough-on-crime, law and order measures, including the death penalty for
child rapists
* The strongest measures protecting Florida from Biden’s border crisis
* Reforms for paycheck protection , holding accountable wayward school unions
* Prohibitions on centralized digital currencies in Florida No leader has
accomplished more for his state than Governor DeSantis. He is now sharing his
bold vision with the country, leading a movement to deliver the Great American
Comeback.

Ron is married to Casey DeSantis, an Emmy Award- winning television anchor.
Together, they’re the proud parents of their daughters, Madison and Mamie, and
their son, Mason.
