*Purpose:*?The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Houston District, is proposing design changes to the approved alignment of State Highway (SH) 99 from SH 288 to I 45 in Brazoria and Galveston Counties, Texas. Since the release of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) and the Record of Decision (ROD) in 2016, design changes have occurred between I 45 and FM 2403 that would require a Re-evaluation. In addition, TxDOT is providing the public an opportunity to discuss and comment on the improvements along SH 35 from North Gordon St. to Steele Road in Brazoria County, Texas.
