John — We are hurtling toward a government shutdown that will wreak havoc on our economy and hurt everyday families, and the only thing Republicans can appear to agree on is a bogus impeachment inquiry that will waste tax-payer dollars.

As a firefighter, I was taught to run towards the fire – I think it’s time for that same approach in DC. We need leaders who will bravely run at our biggest challenges. That’s why I’m running for Congress.

Our representative, Young Kim, is among the extreme Republicans who have politicized the most basic functions of their job and have recommended budget cuts that will hurt women and families, decrease funding for public safety, endanger veterans’ benefits, and make it even harder for America’s middle class to make ends meet.
