Arizonans support the right to have safe and legal access to abortion services. We do not want the government interfering in decisions that we are capable of making on our own. But Republicans in our state and in DC will stop at nothing to ban, bully, and dehumanize anyone who does not look like or behave the way they want us to.
But like so many times before, we’re turning our anger into productive energy. The fight won’t be easy but it’s one I know we can win. That’s because I’ve spent my career taking on MAGA Republicans just like the ones controlling Congress.
Anti-abortion Republicans represent a fringe, yet powerful minority who continue to attack our bodies, our school, our healthcare system, and even our democracy. That’s because they are afraid of us. They know how much more powerful we are when we unite around our shared values that lift up our communities.
But if I’m elected to Congress, we will build an Arizona that empowers people. Where our kids attend fully funded public schools and we can support our families with good-paying jobs. Where healthcare is equitable and accessible. And where a person can access safe and legal abortion services.
